We can offer you a private in home, one on one, or group fitness class.
Tabata (HIIT)- 4 minute 8 cycle circuits of 20 seconds work 10 seconds rest!
Body Rock Strength- Using a combination of body weight and external resistances we will strengthen and sculpt your muscles!
Skills and Drills (EMOM)- Every minute on the minute we will start by focusing on exercises for muscular strength and with the remaining minute we will use an agility ladder to perform cardio drills!
Soul Stretch- Gentle stretching through the entire body to increase flexibility!
Take your love for fitness and add a little splash! We offer a workout while being on a paddle board. We will start by paddling to a place to anchor the boards and from there it'll be straight down to business! By business I mean squats, jumps, planks, burpees, foot drills and so much more!
All you need is an outfit you don't mind getting wet and if you'd like to be in shoes a pair of those that can get wet.
If you can swim and you have an intermediate fitness level than give this adventure a try!
Paddle Board tour/Rental
We are happy to offer tours on the lakes (Yough or Deep Creek) if you're unfamiliar with the area or are just looking to have a guide with you.
We will deliver paddle boards right to your door. If you would prefer your own company then we are happy to deliver to you and pick back up at the end of the day.
Our drop off time is eight in the morning and pick up is six in the evening, unless you've scheduled a guided tour!
